One of wash clothes in bathroom was stained, we were on the end by the staircase and it was loud all night long, the room temperature was hard to regulate...it was cold when the fan was blowing and then it would get really hot until fan ..."

"The water park was closed for construction which we were unaware of. We chose to not stay there since that was why we made our reservations there. It was very difficult to get our money refunded."
