The room we stayed in was comfortable and large. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and tried to be accommodating. She struggled checking us in. We wondered if the bed had been made up properly and hoped it wasn’t used before us. The facility was a bit dingy and seemed outdated and furnishings worn. We noticed that back entrance door didn’t close easily and had been open all night when we left. It made us wonder abut security. The breakfast was skimpy and coffee was empty. We stayed two nights and requested room service which we never received. The room had an unpleasant smell about it.

The pool and hot tub were closed by the department of health. We were given no notification of this, which would’ve impacted our decision to stay here as we were specifically looking for a place. I had a pool and hot tub available. The hallways had an unpleasant odor and a lot of carpet staining which made it feel un unclean. The room was fine. I was impressed with a continental breakfast. They had a good variety of food to offer the guests.
