"This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in an extremely long time. The service from the entire Oxbow Hotel staff was 2nd to none. We were blown away by the first person who checked us in with a delightful attitude and over-the-top customer service. Later I asked another staff member a simple question and was met with a jovial response and, again, next-level, unexpected service. The next 2 employee experiences were equally as delightful. I will never consider staying anywhere else next time I'm in Eau Claire. Well done, staff. Well done."

"Great stay. Only thing I didn’t like was the electrical smell in the hallway near the elevators. It made me a little nauseous. The pool and hot tub were a favorite of my son. The room was comfy and quiet. "

"My priority was that the room be quiet and it was. It was a double queen bed room on the 2nd floor on a Saturday night.. There was a refrigerator in the room; the bathroom was spotless and the beds very comfortable. I enjoyed a hot breakfast of eggs, ham and fried potatores and good coffee in the morning."
