" Very large and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff! Would stay there again. Literally right by Scottsdale Mayo Clinic. "

"No hair dryer or Keurig (or other coffee maker) in the room. Front desk said "only have a few hair dryers and loan on first come first serve basis. Sorry, none available". Only one bath towel and one hand towel in room (but two bath mats!!). No coffee available in lobby for early check out. If you serve guests going to airport, only 15 minutes drive away, you should expect to have people leaving early. Room was very plain Jane, stark appearance. Bed mattress was on a steel frame reminiscent of a fold out sofa. Lots of noise from people talking in hallway and lots of doors slamming as we trying to prepare for sleep (at 10:30pm). Overall, very disappointing 1st time stay at an Extended Stay. It is also our last stay at your chain. "

"The room looked very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. All were good. There were free cookies at check-in. I had a good stay."

"I was extremely comfortable in this hotel, in every way. I have traveled a large portion of the western world (Europe, North, South, and Mid-Americas), both for work and for pleasure. I have stayed in everything from Hostels to five star Hotels. In none of them was I more comfortable than in this Hotel. Rarely heard my neighbors, it was very clean, it didn't have that feeling that the grime was hiding somewhere or just barely being kept at bay, etc. Just a really great stay. A three star hotel in Mesa, AZ that outperformed, for instance, the Ritz Carlton I stayed in in Montreal, Canada, in every way. Nice place, nice people, just good. My only complaint is that the cleaning was so very thorough that the cleaning "perfume" was pretty strong -- but I have pretty bad allergies to perfumes and it never bothered me."
