"The room was spacious and clean. It smelled like it was just cleaned when I walked in. Check in was super quick. The set up was nice for the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay there again."
"Check in was a breeze, got to room and didnt have a renote, when back down to front desk, they found one, went back to room and had no channels went back down to front desk and told them but they said there maintenance are gone for the day and couldnt do anything for it till morning. Other than that beds comfy, so are pillows, room was clean, no trash bags though in trash cans. "
"Customer service was excellent. All staff greeted us upon approach and were friendly with a smile. Breakfast was great with exception to the paper thin, heat and serve bacon. That’s the only thing I would change in regard to breakfast, but that’s a personal preference. We like thick sliced, real bacon in Tennessee. Everything was clean. The shower was large, with good water pressure. Bed linens were nice and bed was comfortable. The only real complaint that I have, and the reason for four out of five stars with comfort would be the smoke alarm. The mini strobe like blinking every 10 seconds right over the bed did not make falling asleep the easiest. Had I been tall enough to reach the ceiling to somehow cover the light up, I would’ve. "
