The property was very convenient to be in mid Cape near Nauset Light. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. Staff was lovely. It was off season and I only a basic stay.

The property was in a great location and was set back from the road, making it nice and quiet. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. I’d stay there again!

They had a fabulous fire pit, had a swimming pool, playground for kids that was gated! The pool was also heated and gated which was awesome! They had a recreation room for a small area to just hang out so you didn’t have to stay in your room if you didn’t want to. The lighthouse is less than 5 minutes away! Will definitely go back. The staff went over and above for us! Recommend this place!

The beds were hard and the entire place was a little worn looking. As fans of the Seashore and the light houses we couldn't beat the location. The room was clean and updated and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. There was ice cream, mini golf, and food just next door. The motel had a relaxed, family atmosphere I appreciated. Check-in and out were very fast and easy.

The rooms appeared newly renovated and were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to do while still being convenient and easy to access. Traveling with two young kids can be challenging, but this was the perfect spot for families. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

If you just want a simple place to stay that isn’t over priced where you can just roll on in, put your bags down and enjoy your time on the Cape, In a great location close to all lower and mid cape activities, restaurants, beaches ect…this place delivered a clean, quiet room, comfy beds, and super helpful staff! We will book again. Great for families or couples.

It was refreshing to stay at a place where everything was well attended to and I could relax and do nothing. The perfect location to access beaches and light houses. I slept well and headed home the next day feeling like my stay had been the perfect ending to a week of camping.

Quaint Inn in Cape Cod. The staff is excellent. They clean your room daily along with fresh towels. They have a pool and pool towels in the office. If you want to head to the beach, the provide beach towels. We booked another night. Cape Cod is a quiet place and very relaxing. A lot of private beaches to explore.

What a score this place was! Needed 2 rooms for the weekend for a gig at the Pearl in Wellfleet. Super fair price and amenities. Tracy was a great host and super knowledgeable about the town. Nice pool (a bit chilly for me to use) with volleyball/badminton, firepit, & cornhole readily available. Pet friendly plus an awesome bike rail-trail for bikes or hikes right there! Definitely will stay again. Thanks Tracy and Viling

Loved the location, the staff, & the cleanliness. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, amenities were good. Only two complaints, and they're relatively minor, but a little annoying: There were zero power outlets on one side of the bed. Which is also where the desk was, so no place to plug in a charger or a laptop. And the bright-white LED lights were way too intense, which gave the room a hospital vibe. Adding an outlet (or even an extension cord with power bar) and a couple of bedside lamps would make the place perfect.

The property its self is not well kept. The office staff was friendly and explained everything well. The inside was definitely more updated than the outside. The floor was dirty and the comforter on the bed looked dirty, it has stains on it. The pillows cases were either pure white or yellow. I was only there for one night and did not use the pool. I did wake up to cockroaches in the bathroom. Location was good, not far from good things to eat and Nauset Beach.
