"If you are looking for a hotel with great access to Market Square, and don’t mind blowing a month’s salary for a room that hasn’t been updated in 30 years, but has a highly perfumed and Rooms To Go trendy furniture for a lobby: let me tell you about Hilton Knoxville. The outdoor patio was the best thing here."

"Breakfast service both days we ate there was way less than par. First time waiter never offered coffee refills and second time we waited 45 minutes for our server to even check on us. One of my Avacado toast was not even toasted and the potatoes forgotten. The menu offers Bloody Marys but both times bar was closed and our server said he had no idea when they opened. The ladies at the bar both times we were there were fantastic. No coffee unless you count the Dixie cup in the room as coffee. Only one day was the Starbucks coffee ready at 7. Other days not until around 8. Room was clean and the cleaning staff was great. I guess we are used to getting a free breakfast when spending $495 for one of the nights we stayed."

"Room was nice and it was great having a balcony. Breakfast was good. Location was great. Very disappointed in the pool. Needs renovating, no tubes available for the lazy river and there were dirty socks and an article of clothing laying on the ground along with an open can of pringles and half drank soda. Going all the way into the basement didn’t feel safe when it appeared abandoned and not cared for."

"This was an amazing hotel in a perfect location.. away from the crowds. The staff was so helpful to the point we forgot something in the room after check out and the staff found it and saved it for us to pick up later!! Definitely will stay there again!"

"Need better housekeeping! The floors in the showers were nasty! We even changed rooms because of it and the second room was just as bad! There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The AC was not very cold and the water really never got hot- just warm. We liked the hotel but it needs some attention! Also it is great that they are dog friendly but the dog park is on the back part of the parking lot and was pretty dark at night."
