"Older place but was clean great value "

"Clean roomThey put us pool side when I didn’t want pool side and it was very loud and hard to get to my autistic toddler asleep and for the adults to sleep too I asked for a city view room and they said they didn’t have any and couldn’t switch me if they did They had people on that side so I know it was a lie. I always stay here and was very disappointed with the front desk when I checked in "

"Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and kept full the entire time. Room was clean. The only complaint I have is the parking. We stayed during ponies in the smokies. The event itself has parking for car trailers for a fee. However there were at least 3 vehicles with trailers parked in the hotel lot that took up approximately 10-15 spaces. People had to park along curbs and under the front entrance. Trailers should not be allowed to park there especially if the venue they are attending has parking available. "

"This is a no frills motel. They serve a decent continental breakfast. Our room was fine. Seemed pretty clean with no issues. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The area was quiet. The shower water wasn’t near as hot as I would’ve liked it, but I made do. "

"Great location and even better, smily staff. Small indoor waterpark, but sufficient for kids to have fun. Think of Great Wolf Lodge on a smaller scale. They have all that kids would like. Few outside seating benches with tables would be a great addition, just so we could have a snack or sit outside. "

"Breakfast was nice even exciting for those who love Sausage, Biscuit and Gravy. Waffle maker, cereals, fruits, eggs, and nice hot coffee available all the time. Beautiful property walking distance from some attractions. "
