"Staff very professional and breakfast was awesome! Breakfast staff very helpful! Room was definitely perfect in every way!"

"Would have liked a larger breakfast selection with milk options. Would have liked a blanket for the pull out couch. Went to breakfast before we checked out and when we returned to the room the key card had already been disabled at 8:30am. Check out is 11."

"Had a nice stay here right in the middle of Berkeley Springs, walkable to everything. The property is pretty big and understandably a little dated, given its size. But it was clean and well kept. A safe, clean stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Stayed in one of the cabins. It was up-to-date, simple, and comfortable. Nice to sit on the front porch and enjoy the quiet and fresh air."

"I loved the fact that coffee was available all night long in the lobby and the daily breakfast was a plus. The ladies in the breakfast area were so sweet. One recommendation would be to have a multi juice station as the only juice available was orange juice. And even a skim milk offering would be great! The hotel had all amenities and even a heated indoor pool. There is a restaurant attached to the lobby, not too bad as a quick choice and close proximity!"
