renovations were recently made and the place looked really nice. We were given the wrong room key and had to go back t o the desk for assistance. The TV came in well with extra channels from previous visits. Breakfast was not good. The sausages had gone bad!! Some things were omitted from the room, no clock, no towel bars.

We were put into a room that smelled of smoke on a smokeless hotel. Then we found drug paraphernalia in the bathroom, blood stains on the mattress and the smoke detector was missing. We went and reported it immediately and there was no manager and they couldn’t print out our complaint. They did nothing to correct the situation or refund our money. We filed complaints with Expedia, Choice hotels and the Health Department.

Room was updated, clean and large with double queens, bathroom was spacious, breakfast was good with hot servings. Facility is under renovation, so interior appearance was unfinished, nothing that affected the stay.

Cuando llegamos las sábanas y las toallas del hotel estaban sucias, y no había personal de limpieza que nos cambiara las sábanas, nos dieron sábanas nuevas pero estaban sucias y rotas. Los cuartos tenían olor a humedad. El Marco de la puerta de alfrente de mi cuarto no cuadraba con la puerta lo que dejaba un espacio abierto y se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en el pasillo. A mi mamá le dieron un cuarto que ya estaba ocupado por otro huésped. En fin no regreso.

Lamentable, cuando llegamos las sabanas estaba sucias y no habia personal de limpieza que las pudiera cambiar, asi que el front desk nos dio sabans provisionales, y las sabanas provisionales estaba rotas y sucias tambien, Este hotel fue pobremente remodelado y la puerta de mi cuarto no cuadraba con el marco lo que permitia una apertuta hacia afuera. El cuarto tenia un olor a humedad y a cigarrillos. Mi mama tambien se quedo aqui y le entregaron un cuarto que ya estaba ocupado. La realidad es que no me volveria a quedar en este hotel.

Would have liked a larger breakfast selection with milk options. Would have liked a blanket for the pull out couch. Went to breakfast before we checked out and when we returned to the room the key card had already been disabled at 8:30am. Check out is 11.

This location is under renovation. The first room were placed in had no pillows, only on dirty blanket on the bed. Also the TV did not work. I had to go back to the desk to request a new room. Second room was cleaner with all appropriate bed linens and pillows. Breakfast in the morning was very poor in options. I don't know if I would be willing to try staying here again in the future once the remodeling is finished.

Our stay was great//easy checkin//room was clean and recently remodeled//breakfast was offered sausage eggs with cheese delicious waffles juice coffee//there was old furniture stacked up in the lobby because of renovation but easy to look past because this was my a very nice stay

Renovating Hotel

This Quality In is undergoing renovations. The room was clean & renovated, but our door was misaligned. There wasn’t a toilet paper holder. The deadbolt didn’t close all the way. The TV wasn’t set up, but my husband fixed that.
