"They were doing some rehab so the property and stairwells were dirty. The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Ran out of coffee and milk at breakfast."

"This was our second time staying at The Magnolia. Everything was good. We had an issue our first night with the air conditioning not working in our room and I was very impressed with the way the staff handled it. Within a few minutes of my call to the front desk they offered to move us to another room on the same floor which we gladly took. It was nice to not have to deal with maintenance showing up and trying to fix it and then potentially having it not work again. Our only other request would be to have ice machines on each floor. "
