"The room was spacious, with an ok bed and a nice sauna. However, the room was not what was promised, and the staff wasn't there at all. First of all, we should have had a double bed and a sofa-bed, but only had two single-person beds. Then, the promised lake view wasn't really a lake view: it was a view across the yard with the lake in the background. The balcony table was so dirty the paper towel I used to wipe it turned black. Also, there were only shutters and very light curtains, so...

"Hotelli on heikossa kunnossa, huoneissa ei ilmastointia, pakko nukkua ikkuna auki, jolloin vitostien melu kuuluu huoneeseen. Aamupala alkeellinen, halvat raaka-aineet eikä mm. leivänpaahdinta vaikka paahtoleipä toinen kahdesta tarjolla olevasta leivästä. Remontin tarpeesta kertoo kylpylän hiustenkuivaaja, jossa lukee vielä että toimii markan kolikolla 2025."
