"Absolutely everything about this place was wonderful. It is in a stunning location with a gorgeous view. Make sure to take all of your food with you as you are not near any stores or restaurants… but that is part of the whole experience of going! We were the only ones in the building when we stayed. The floors are pretty creaky so I could imagine if there were other people in the building you could hear them walking around. For us wasn’t an issue."

"We loved staying here ! The pictures don’t do it justice and give the impression that it is far from town , which it isn’t . The beds were comfortable and there was so much space and the hotel was spotlessly clean . The views of the mosque and the castle from the windows in room 2004 were amazing . Ibrahim the receptionist was very friendly and helped us sort out a taxi to the station . The only suggestion we have is that We would have liked to have bedside lights We found people of Kars very friendly and the town very interesting . We’d have liked to stay in an extra night to explore but had a train to catch ."
