"Check in was very accommodating and friendly. We were allowed to check in early. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very convenient location - near harbor, ferry, places to eat, and light rail was just in front of the property.
Wear and tear is obvious as the property fixtures appear old and have seen much use. Not enough light in the rooms. Tapping and hammering were heard at 7:30AM near our room as if there was someone fixing something in the Housekeeping section beside our room - waking us up. There was an insect flying inside the room once the lights were turned off.
There was a section in the hotel's parking where the birds roost and your car will be full of their droppings once you leave the premise. There is a need to improve here."
