"It is beautifully renovated building. We had a kingsize bed room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it had lovely restored ceiling. The property is centrally located close to some very good restaurants. The room is small but I made myself a cup of tea and sat out on the front verandah also restored and watched the world go by. There is also a comfortable lounge area where you can read your book andf a small cafe. We enjoyed our stay. Diane"

"We had a really good time staying here. It's well located and the room was comfy and clean, though there was no toilet brush. However there's very little customer interaction from staff - light touch is an understatement. Would recommend it."

"I have stayed at this chain before but this was the first time in Surry Hills. The room was well equipped and was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Check in was a breeze. The hotel is well located and is amongst a lot of cafe's and dinning establishments on Crowne street. Also not far are a couple of supermarkets if you intend to buy food cook in the kitchen. You will find all you need in the kitchen if you decide to do so. If I had only one issue it would be that although the room has all you could need it lacked a smart TV. Sadly it was only terrestrial TV (in both the living room and bedroom) which meant unless you bring your own set top box or laptop to plug in the back, your stuck with a lot of reruns on the TV. Despite the TV, I am going back in a week or so and I intend to stay there again. It is good value for money and a perfect location."

"This is my third stay at Nesuto. The first two times were wonderful - I was upgraded on my first visit to a huge 3 bedroom apt because the studios were being painted. The second time I got a large studio in great condition with a fantastic view of the City at night. This time , however I had what looked like a neglected studio with the kitchen counter surface peeling off, no plug for either the kitchen sink or the bathroom basin( I did get one when I asked). When I mentioned on my first day that I could not connect to the internet even though I was connected to Nesuto ‘s guest server I was rudely told that no one else had complained so it must be because I had an IPhone ( the trainee sitting next to the receptionist was also unable to connect on her iPhone. ) No one offered to check the system. I had to rely on my Mobile Data and nearby cafes for Internet. I discovered that the unit I was in was currently for sale which might account for the huge decline in the quality and general condition of the unit. It’s a pity to see that management has allowed this situation. The owner obviously didn’t want to spend any money doing it up before selling . It’s a great location ( even though my Sydney friends warned me the area is dangerous at night). I never had any bad experiences even coming home late at night and it’s so convenient to everything."
