10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was nice and I had a lovely view of the Sydney harbour bridge, the hotel was an ok location was about half an hour walk to the Quay which on some occasions felt long. The heating didn’t work very well, i never reported it as I managed to figure out how to turn it off, my room became warmer by turning the heating off. The room was a good size. I would like to give some excellent feedback to a couple of ladies behind reception Jayani, Leana and Erith. They all gave me some excellent advice and I felt like they looked out for me, as a solo female traveller I felt reassured by the advice they gave me & areas to avoid. I stayed in a few hotels in Australia over 6 weeks and the interaction with these ladies stood out the most, I'd like to say thank you for being kind and taking the time to listen to me and give advice."

"Amazing location in a quiet area close to shops, groceries, and cafes. We had a stunning view of Elizabeth Bay where the catching the sunrise from the room was amazing from the 7th of 9 floors. The gym is a 5-minute walk away but they have partnered with a pro- gym and it is unreal! 3 floors of anything you could think of. Pool is small and cute - barely gets sun and is not heated. Staff are great. Beds are cost and everything is clean. Loved having a. Little kitchenette for small meals and such."
