"The customer service at this hotel was amazing!!! We had issues with our rental car breaking down and they went above and beyond with trying to assist us. We had even checked out and they still continued to help us and were extremely communicative, hospitable, and friendly. The room had a gorgeous view, was very spacious and decorated in a trendy/modern way. The location was about a 20 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House and Botanical Gardens. The onsite restaurants were decorated beautifully...

"A gem to find this lovely friendly place to stay. I had my 94 yr old mother with me & everything was easy & welcoming. We arrived on a late flight & were welcomed at the door, key access for late arrival was explained really well. There is a fabulous lounge area with tv, billiard table, comfortable seats & coffee machine. Great breakfast room as well with added outside area."

"We had an excellent stay at Ibis Budget Sydney East, the staff were particularly helpful and friendly in every way. The breakfast's were good, and we enjoyed a full one every day. The position in regards to the centre of Sydney was good, took us about 20 minutes to reach the centre, and I am a slow walker. It was good for public transport too. "
