"I booked this hotel last minute and checked in late at 9PM and the staff were so kind and helpful! The elevator was out of service at the time(but was fixed by 7AM the next morning) and they offered to move my room to a lower floor so I didn’t have to walk up all the stairs. The room was perfect and they didn’t charge me extra due to it being a larger room. They were so kind and accommodating to the situation and I was very grateful! Would definitely stay here again based on the positive experience "

"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

"Itwas eco friendly and a very nice compact room. The issue i had is with the bed. It was clean, but it was too flat. The mattress was very firm and thin. I could not sleep all night and woke up very sore. The pillows were great. Had about four of them which really helped. Also they were kingsize pillows. so, great place to stay, but the bed was an issue for me. Having the chaise was a life saver. "

"Location is great. A bit of a walk to the center of midtown, but we enjoyed that peace!! Rooms are LARGE for NYC. Rooftop is gorgeous and staff was lovely and kind. Clean and meets every need. I hope to be back!"
