"Very nice hotel, clean and our room was very quiet with great side view. Bottled water provided at hotel shop for free and we requested a kettle for our room. Great Location allowing approx. 15min walk into busy areas, Broadway Theatres and sight seeing areas. Fab deli across the road we used for breakfast/lunch (Park Ave Kitchen). Cons: Breakfast in hotel expensive for what was on offer, Bar only open from 5pm to 11pm and the 3 dollar charge for each bag left with door staff whether checking in or out is excessive (should be free for the standard of hotel) "

"The staff was wonderful! In my last night, I dropped something precious down the drain by accident and they sent out an engineer right away to retrieve it (this was at three in the morning, mind you). Truly excellent service, I could not have asked for better."
