"Check in was awful. Long line across the lobby. Major issues with the terminal that was used to check us in, to the point where 20 minutes later they finally asked us to go to a different staff member to start the process all over again. The hotel itself and the room we stayed in were pretty nice."

"The Millenium staff was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and courteous. The location was the big selling point. Right in Time Square and walking distance to shows and other sights. "

"Room was clean and house keeping was on their job from Day 1. WiFi kept dropping so really didn’t get to enjoy that. Grab and go breakfast was horrible. I ask the staff for water after they gave me a bay orange juice. She said I could only get one drink per ticket.
The main good perk was how close the hotel was to time square. "

"Convenient location. Check-in staff was courteous and efficient. Other than that, the experience was more of a 3 star rather than 4 star hotel. Room was small, no mini fridge, no coffee machine. Room temperature was centrally controlled, making it uncomfortably hot or cold. WIndow was sealed shut so no option to get fresh air. Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Breakfast quality was poor. We will not recommend nor return to this hotel."
