We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
I booked a larger room which I paid extra. Upon check-in i was not given that room. When I asked about it I was told I did not book a larger room. After showing them my confirmation they still did nothing. The next day I asked about it again and was told that they did not have those rooms do to construction. ...
