"There are plus & minuses on my review that needs others to be inform: Pluses: the hotel is near Ablavari station, a walking distance to many parks & landmarks, near supermarket, breakfast is okay. Minuses: the hotel has smell coming out on the toilet especially on the morning time, they don’t do cleaning the room, the manager doesn’t make a smile or greet since my first day, she lives at the first floor of the hotel. "This property is ofcourse not 3 stars hotel, the experience of sleeping on a smelly bedsheets was a disaster, if anything missing in the room we should go down and ask for because there was no phone in the room to call the room service or reception, in the first night there was plenty of insects in the room... I didn't have any other choice than just taking another hotel since there was no refund policy in the hotel even though the stay the first 2 days was a disaster and the last 2 days there...

They dont have lobby or lounge, Even that it say they do. i couldnt pay for late check out even that there was availability of rooms and its writen that they give this service. Bad smell of cigrates all over The breakfast area is so old. Thire shower towels are super old . If you not coming to the casino its not recommended at all"
