Great boutique hotel

We took the suite on the last floor that was modern and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Shower need some work with water drainage. The location is walkable to city center .

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Great location and nice view on the river. A few cons: Soap and shower gel was not refilled in 2 weeks stay. Aircond was almost not working. Windows soundproof was quite weak, we could hear quite well people speaking on the balcony downstairs.

Overview

Beautifully designed hotel, the view is excellent, location is good but here are a few points to consider, a taxi driver is struggling to find it. The hotel is on top of the hill so if you make it on foot it is a bit hard, breakfast starting from 08:30 is a bit too late from my point of view. We stayed for a weekend, the staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable.

Modern design, perfect place to stay in tbilisi really. Next to everything.. we reserved panoramic room with spa tub inside the room, river view!! The best balcony view ever !! Hotel is calm all the time, located in a very safe street, next to the Italian embassy in georgia .. breakfast was perfect as well as the timing (8:00am till 11:59am) 👍 I highly recommend this place, and i will surely visit again. The receptionist team was great as well (Luka, Erikle, Elia, and Marine) they all speaks English well, and they are smiling with humble personality.

I booked glass suit with bath There was a bath on the terrace but entire my stay 5 days there was no hot water. Everyday I asked to reception about it and only last day I had hot water. When the hotel is full - weekends there is not enough hot water so I booked the one of the most expensive rooms but could not enjoy the bath. I asked for room change or any kind of solution but Noone was happy to help. Air condutioner also working very badly and it is cold inside all the time. I could not use bath. I had cold in the room. The safe was broke 4 times and had to call someone to come and fixed. Breakfast was chargeable.. But Noone informed me upon arrival or Noone informed me at breakfast that it will be charged to the room or Noone asked for signature for the service I had used. Only during check out they informed that the breakfast is chargeable. And the price was reasonable! Noone apologized for the inconveniencea I had. Noone offer for any compensations that I could not use my bath or I suffered because of the cold due to the broken air conditioning. I do not recommend. There are many technical issues and service quality is low

Sehr engagiertes Personal. Sehr schöne Unterkunft fußläufig zum Zentrum und zur Metro. Gute Matratzen. Liegt an einer ruhigen Straße, aber wie überall im Zentrum Tiflis' hört man nachts aufgemotzte Autos mit durchdrehenden Motoren der umliegenden Straßen.
