We scored superior rooms on the top floor- pretty much the same as the standard room but much quieter. Easy check-in and check out. Having a laundry near reception is an absolute bonus for longer stays. Always stay here when in Osaka."

Top East Osaka Hotel Reviews

Namba Oriental Hotel

Namba Oriental Hotel

8/10 Good
"The hotel is a bit aged and it shows, but it still cleans up well. The washer dryer room is excellent, though. My main issue is the unwillingness for the staff to help with a simple damaged delivery that i shipped to this hotel. They refused to aid me in calling the shipping company and i had to request a manager. The shipping company did right by me for the damage, but the front desk employees at this hotel left a sour taste in the mouth. All i can say is, do better front desk employees, do better. My request for help was around 7 pm and the lobby was empty of check ins at that time."
