"Great location handy to trains. Filtered cold and hot water available by elevator. Windows opened for ventilation and emergency exit. Rooms were air conditioned but hotel was not as walls were not enclosed. Able to experience Japanese onsen hot pools for free. Note surcharge for rooftop swimming pool, which is quite common in Japan."

"Great family friendly hotel - walking distance to Universal City Walk with dining and shopping options, as well 10min ride to Osaka Expo. Far from city like Dotonburi/Namba etc but beautiful and lovely location. Universal port around the corner - book ferry ride ahead, Lawsons nearby at Port Vita hotel - very handy."
