"Get the upgraded room it will save you a lot of trouble. We didn't. Our first two bedroom room was disgusting. The floors turned our feet black from the filth, the bathtub in the master room broke so it was constantly flowing, and the dryer didn't work. The cabinets in the bathroom were also broken. I went to the front desk and complained and they switched our rooms to what they called an "Upgraded Suite", we packed everything up as fast as we could (there were cleaners in the room while we were still packing everything up) and moved rooms across the property. We hauled all of our luggage up three flights of stairs only to find out it was a one bedroom (we booked and paid for a two bedroom). Had to go back to the front, wait in line again (about 20 minutes), and they switched our room again. The new room was the exact same room as before but this time no view of sphere, was on the third floor (my child is in a wheelchair), and was not clean either. There was a white substance on the furniture. You could tell what it was. I was getting married the next day so I just told them to take the furniture out and put it back after our stay. I was over it. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the thermostat needed new batteries. Easy fixes but still a huge pain. Going forward it was a quiet and nice resort. The upgraded hotel rooms were fantastic, my mother's room was super nice. We would stay again but in the UPGRADED rooms. "

"Ok so when I arrived I pulled up behind a family unloading there luggage, I put my car in park wasn't sure what to do. A big truck pulled up behind me and got so close to me I thought he was going to run me over, so I pulled forward and stopped. There was no one to ask where to park so I pulled around the building and self parked. I wasn't sure where the front desk was turns out I had to walk a quarter mile to get to the front desk."no luggage carts". Finally got there and someone approached us immediately. She was very helpful she even walked up up to the front desk. We got checked in no problems, it was easy. Then when we turn around the same lady approached us gave us dinner recommendation and showed us where our rooms were. Very cool. So when we got to our room "it was very confusing". It smelled bad. I mean bad. It looked as if the room had not been rented for a very long time. It was dusty dirty there was a old bathtub with rust and no light bulbs in bathroom. No coffee pot or microwave or hairdryer. The dresser looked like a 5year old painted it and dust everywhere. Now, I booked a wild card room, wasn't sure what to expect. I told the front desk I know I booked a cheap room not the dirtiest room. It was as if the room was frozen in time. I was in a room no one has been in for years. "The room smelled. It was filthy. Tub was filthy, that place needs to be torn down. The place was filthy. The 5th floor in front of elevators the cheapest linoleum all cracked. They charged me 59$ in resort fees and a $100 deposit. The whole room wasn’t worth $100. The lamps were all off kilter and not working. The bathroom was disgusting. We stayed on the ocean view side. There was no ocean and the view was of their parking lot garbage area. The elevators were so slow they took 10 mins to reach the 5th floor. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. I would not have let anyone I live stay there. Our flight was booked. And we had to find a hotel on short notice. It was over 200$ with all the fees. I could have stayed at the bellagio. . Really sketchy people there. I do not recommend ever going there let alone staying. It was filthy. Needs to be demolished."
