"Our stay at the Wynn was exceptional. Our room was beautiful!! The room was clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the eating amenities were outstanding. Easy access to the Sphere to see our concert. We would stay again for sure. Bravo!!"

"Paid for earlier check in power went out for hours Ac in the room didnt work after trying to call front desk no answer walk down there they change me room from the 7th to 14th floor were the window did not lock no screen or any safe anything an i have 3 small kids under 5 when asked for lock no one could help me Elevator to the car parking lot did not work Ice machine on all 19 floors did not work besides one floor. And when you ask for management, they tell you that they don't come in until nighttime. Then at night time when you ask for management, they tell you they don't come in until daytime, so no one will let you speak to management."

"Disappointed in the pool. Had to purchase the pool float for the lazy river, and it was closed during the week."

"The bathroom need an update. Tub was rusted, the tile paint was pealing and the toilet was super low.!"

"The hotel and room were very clean. We ate at Dunkin and Lucia and everything was so yummy! The pool area was so nice too. 10/10. "
