"First impressions not good , hence did not stay and booked another hotel , this was at 10pm, the hotel was booked via Expedia and as of yet the hotel has not responded to either Expedia or myself regarding this and the hotel has had 100% payment for 2 x rooms not stayed in , disappointing"

"AVOID NIGHTMARE STAY Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish. The room stank of weed and cigarettes the moment I walked in I told the receptionist the minute i smelt it i had to change rooms, and despite the advert clearly stating every room comes with a shower, mine had no shower whatsoever. The worst part was finding a dirty syringe in the room. I accidentally got pricked by the needle and had to go to hospital because of it. Completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous. Because of this horrific experience, I checked out a day early. The cleanliness, safety, and false advertising were beyond unacceptable. I am absolutely disgusted by my stay and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel."
