Lots of great things about the place - the apartment was huge, all brand new appliances, nice balcony and great communal areas e.g. a chill room with lots of board games, table football, shuttle board cinema room etc. I used the gym, which has very good equipment. "This was our first stay at the Wilde hotel and we were very impressed. The room had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. The staff were very helpful and they had a great little shop in the reception area with gorgeous fresh pastries. We will definitely come back!!"

"The moment we entered the building it was like going back to the 1970's. To say a little TLC required is an understatement. Check in very slow. Our was in a separate wooden building smelling very fusty. Room was very old and basic. Shower cubicle door was very difficult to open and close and ended up coming off it's runners. This was reported to staff who said they would sort it out. After returning to the room some hours later it was obvious that nothing had been done. After complaining again we eventually got a new room which was better. The continental breakfast was less than adequate. Avoid !"

"I was surprised to find out that you had to pay £5per day for using there car park even if you were staying or visiting hotel also the room don’t have usb sockets in the room so make sure you bring a plug. I am a diabetic and needed to keep injection in a fridge over the weekend guess what? No fridge in the room, you only get two English tea bags in the room and enough milk in the room for two cups of tea the room, the second day we got more milk but no more tea bags, for the price you pay for staying at the hotel you would expect the thing’s above to be part of the booking. "
