This hotel and its facillities are amazing and is situated in a lovely setting. The only reason it does not recieve 5 stars, is because the bed is advertised as a Queen size, but was two singles pushed together to create the form of a larger bed. The bed was very firm and quite tough on the back, but I do not want to distract from the experience had at this hotel. It was amazing and the staff on the reception desk, were amazing too. I really would recommened staying here. Close to Gatwick if needed.

I had a very comfortable stay in a very well kept large room. The reception staff were very friendly. I was pleased there was plenty of free parking, as I was travelling through and most other Gatwick hotels did not offer this without a fee.

Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom well thought out. Nice sized basin, good sized shower with somewhere to put your toiletries. All staff very friendly and helpful. Hallways were very clean well vacuumed. Good amount of parking which was free always good. Only one thing I didn't like was the pillows, too small and not that comfy every thing else was brilliant would stay again good value for money it was cheaper than the premier Inn further down the road and a nicer hotel.

Lovely stay.

From arrival at reception to departure the following day, the attention to detail and assistance shown towards my wife who is disabled was excellent. The room was well fitted out being clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, nicely presented and prepared. We will not hesitate to make use of the hotel on future family visits.

Excellent service and beautiful rooms! The facilities were great, the bed and pillows wonderful and it was I very nice stay. Staff very helpful. It was farther away from the airport than anticipated so the Uber and Taxi were more expensive than anticipated. Other than that, amazing!

2 nights terrible sleep Beds was so uncomfortable We was one of the first rooms which meant a lot of noise throughout the night, 2nd night there was a party in hotel and noise was awful. We stayed in this hotel for work, which meant very little sleep to then have to do a full days work. Hotel itself was very nice.

Great stay apart from the noise

The room was great, the staff were lovely and the food was excellent. What ruined it was the loud noise the air conditioning system made throughout the night every 15 minutes or so. My brother heard it too in the next room. I turned my aircon unit off yet the noise continued. Probably should have said something to receiption at the time. Great stay apart from the noise

Don't have a room next to the stairs

We had a room next to a staircase on the ground floor. People was using it all night and slamming doors. The room was very clear hotel looked like it had been update recently. Staff at the hotel was very friendly.
