Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom sink was missing drain pop up so good think no jewelry dropped straight down the drain. Missing some toiletries other Westins typically furnish."

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Luxurious, old world charm. From high ceilings, marble everywhere, beautiful appointments from the lobby to the room. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very attentive and professional staff everywhere. Also enjoyed the bar area Friday evening and the restaurant for breakfast on Saturday. Food was elevated and delicious. Hotel is walking distance to the Taft and the city in general. Highly recommend."

"Expedia reservation says check in at 3PM. I emailed the property to ask for early check in since we had an event that evening, property never responded. We get there at 2:50PM for check in. The lady tells us she doesn’t know why Expedia tells us 3PM check in when their check in is “at 4PM and that their elite members took advantage of their late check out perk.” They have very limited parking. Other than not being able to check in on time our stay was good."
