"I would like to express my dissatisfaction with some aspects of the hotel’s service. When I went to breakfast at 7:15 a.m., there was very little food available and limited variety. It appeared that the group who had arrived earlier had consumed almost everything, and the food had not been adequately replenished. I also find it difficult to understand why guests are not allowed to access their rooms until 3:00 p.m., even when the rooms are already ready. I understand that this is the official check-in time, but I believe greater flexibility could be offered when rooms are available, instead of keeping guests waiting in reception. I would appreciate it if you would take these comments into consideration to improve your service and your guests’ experience."
