Lovely hotel. Nice room, relaxing space after a long hike. Hot tubs were nice and hot (know that there are two smaller ones, not one giant hot pool). Sauna was lovely too! Bed was phenomenal, it was so comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is one of our favorite hotels, not just in Iceland, but the world. The restaurant and bar are great and the sauna/hot tub/spa are very relaxing. Convenient location for exploring and we’ve seen the northern lights here on previous trips. The staff was very accommodating for our requests.

Great location if you visit the glaciers. Hotel is stunning from the outside and very comfortable inside. Bed is good the view is fantastic looking into the open field and ocean. Hotel restaurant has good selections and foods are delicious.

We had a lovely stay at Fosshotel Glacier lagoon, location was 20min aways from the nearest town/city area. This location also offers laundry, you can drop off by 10pm the night prior and get your laundry back by 6am for 49,000 ISK for a small hotel bag that you can fit as many items as you can. Lovely location an views, beautiful, modern decor.

We had a great experience here. Love that they have a northern lights wake up call. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we stayed here and did not get to take advantage of that call. The rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and were very happy with our meals as well. The location was close to the Glacier Lagoon area. And we loved the waterfall on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna. The rooms are very nice and are designed with low light so light pollution doesn't affect your ability to see the northern lights. However, night time means you don't have any bright lights in your room, except for small directional lights near the bed and desk. Breakfast was very good, lots of selections. Dinner was also very good, but the service was a little slow if you pick the multi-course meals.
