"The hotel charged my debit card and credit card multiple times. Twice for incidentals, charged my debit card the full amount and then again full amount on my credit card. When I complained to the front desk, the woman seemed to be confused and said after our stay the charges would fall off. I told the woman I wanted to charges to be put on my debit card and not on my credit card, that didn’t happen. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Worst experience I ever had"

"Had a great time. Sofia and Abhi were front desk staff that were awesome. Loved every minute of being there. Breakfast buffet, pool, room, and entire hotel were fantastic."

"Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. "
