The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, didn’t try the breakfast because we needed to leave early. I told the front desk person this, and she was kind enough to make us a bag with cereal and fruit for my daughter.

Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. ...

I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot.
