"This was our third time staying at the Nici and we did have a lovely experience. One thing let it down was the welcome from the reception, there is one lady and every time I have had to speak to her she is miserable.It such a shame as all the others were really friendly but she just had an attitude every time. This has put me off booking again as you feel unwelcome.
South Beach Restaurant team were the total opposite, so happy and helpful. They went above and beyond. We ended up having 6 meals there. One thing to improve is kids meals, I think there definitely should be a chicken option and some more veggies added.
Harry rocks really need to improve there food quality. Amazing team. But the food was bad, overcooked and veggies looked so dry.
The Pool team was amazing, so helpful and kept the area nice and tidy. I would suggest more tables as there was not enough."
