"My stay was horrible the first 2 days . My television and fridge did not work the first night . After spending 4 hours of my vacation taking to staff they moved my room . The television did not work in that room and they did not fix it so no television for 24 hours the next day after mentioning it again it was replaced. The grounds were maintained there were a couple of staff that were kind. Deyter was kind and helpful. The trolley stopped once . I saved for this vacation and I should have went somewhere else. My co worker had a similar experience at another resort. We live in a time where kindness and human decency are a bonus but I saved for this vacation and the staff acted like it was a bother for them to do the basics. I work hard and I spent my money to be treated bad for 48 hours that is sad, My room was fine after that to be fair housekeeping was impressive. Some of the staff on my 3 night were nice but my first 2 nights were horrible."
