"From day 1 to day 6 everything was wonderful! The staff were genuinely friendly and happy, the property was clean and well maintained, and the food was great! This was our 4th trip to the Dominican Republic and was hands down our favorite stay. We will definitely be returning to this resort!"

"The property was not in good condition, there was mold in our room hade to move rooms due to cleanliness. When it rained it leaked all over the place the lobby , gym, bar, everywhere.The only thing this place has is Miguel Garrido. He was amazing and tried to make our stay better. I would never stay here. The pictures are not how the place really looks. It’s not worth a penny."

"Facilities are fantastic. Beautiful views, plenty of places to get a drink, and plenty of places to swim and get some sun. Staff is absolutely horrible and not friendly at all. Room service arrive 30 minutes late one night, and never even showed up the next night. Staff is mostly rude and not welcoming at all. They will make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by asking them to do their jobs. "
