"Where to start? The shower curtain would not stay closed, causing water to go everywhere. The tile in the bathroom was smashed and puddling water in it. We left our trash in the hallway (not smelly!) and they just put it back in our room. This has never happened anywhere else. Even the low budget hotels would take it. The bathroom door would not shut because it was broken and falling off the hinges. The beds were fine, not the queens I booked and paid for. Noisy people at this hotel and ceilings are paper thin. Metal frame work and shelf around the bathroom mirror is rusting away. You can see overspray on the wall from where they tried to just spray paint over the rust. Maybe I expected too much, but assumed it was a bit nicer place than the Quality Inn and it was not. "

"I had a short stay at this hotel and was very impressed. The property is new, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around. An area for improvement would be the breakfast package, it would be helpful if this was explained more clearly on the websites. Package is for a very specific and set breakfast not allowing for many options. Food is similar to that provided free with other hotel chains. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider returning ( just not paying extra for the “breakfast”.) "
