"Supper and breakfast were very good. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were great. Parking was easy to access and felt safe"

"The food was really good, especially the breakfast but that was the only positive. The room that I was allocated ( room 6) looked good if dated, with lots of sockets but no USB charging points, it had a huge bed which was too soft for me but would suit others and that’s when it went down hill. There was a noise every 30 seconds or so like the room above me was flushing its toilets. I thought it would eventually stop but no. In the end I asked for a change of room and was asked if I had touched anything? Been there a couple of hours so yes I had. The new room although smaller was much better, still could hear a noise but imperceptible unless you were already listening for it. Again no USB points but comfortable. The en-suite was a wet room type and almost flooded during my 3 minute shower and left pools of water on the floor, so I had to put towels on the floor to brush my teeth after breakfast, which as I said was highlight."
