Front desk staff were cordial and showed effective listening skills. As previous guest at this location the Hotel interior and exterior remain modern and well kept. All room amenities were functional. As recommendation suggest Ownership team consider installing (possibly as capital improvement) separate bathroom ventilation fan switch from bathroom light switch. At present the fan can be unreasonably loud which automatically turns "on" with light switch.
