Le Transat Bleu
"Room was down graded from standard balcony to economy due to a fault. Only renumeration offer was a free breakfast, even though we said we couldn't make use of due to an early start for the Le Shuttle. WiFi code in the room didn't work. No tea or coffee facilities available in the room."

Hôtel L'Hirondelle
"We used the hotel as a stopping base for days in Bruges and Lille. Staff were really welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking was on the streets and as my wife has mobility problems they reserved a space outside the doors..also able to use a secured garage. Rooms are a bit dated but ..."

"I booked two nights but only stayed for one. The hotel is basically an industrial park which has been bought by hotel people but they have only done the bare minimum to have it be an actual “hotel”. My room had no curtains or shade to control the darkness of the room - bookshelf/etc mounted on wall ..."
