There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "We did not have breakfast but regarding the stay, it was excellent. Due to the time of year (just after Christmas), there were very few other guests at the place, but I would expect it would be much more active in the Summer. No complaints."

"It’s a little bit out of Cork, but a lovely property: both old and new part of the hotel. The best option would be a suite in the 300 year old original building, if you can afford it. But garden view newer rooms also nice!"
