"We had three room locations. First room smelled of mold and had tiny parasites/worms that came out of the toilet when it was flushed. Second room had water leaking through the vent above our toilet when it rained. Our hallway was lined with four big garbage cans that were filled to capacity. We then relocated to our third room. Staff were understanding and tried to accommodate but the hotel was at full capacity. "

"Had an amazing experience at Paradise Island! Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and made the stay even better. Definitely a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some time away—highly recommend"

"The staff was great, however, the walls between rooms are very thin and we could hear conversations on both sides throughout our stay. We also had a hot water problem, and let the front desk know on day 2 and day 3 of our 4 day stay. Nothing was done about it and when asked for a one night room credit, they would not grant it. The only thing they refunded was a $50 resort fee. Not worth the $ for cold showers! "

"Great location, friendly staff, super clean. Did not give a 5 star because I felt that after the cruise people(day pass) leave the atmosphere changes. Most places/activities close and it feels like you should also pick-up and go to your room.......But overall loved it and will definitely come back."
