"Staff was great, room was nice and clean. Quiet room. We ordered a handicapped room, with accessible shower, my wife can not take any steps. She couldn't use the shower because she would of have to take steps to get into the shower chair. "

"This hotel is in excellent condition and everything is well taken care of. The pool was chilly, the hot tub was perfect and the food options were great! My only complaint is the lady at the check in counter was being very unaccommodating and somewhat rude to us for just trying to check in to our prepaid reservation. This could be because we are a same sex couple, or she was just having a bad day, but two other wonderful employees came to help us out! We got checked in after that with ease and we had an amazing stay. "
