My sister and I arrived to our room and found stains on the bed, it looked like someone had their period on the mattress, there were little black and reddish dots around the edge of the mattress, makeup on the pillow case and the room smelled very musty almost as bad as the hallway smelled. I’m normally not to particularly about my rooms but that was nasty. We talked to the front desk and they moved us to different room, that room wasn’t much better, I found pubic hair on the bed and more stains. We won’t be returning to the Days Inn by Wyndham Neenah.

Do not reccommend staying here

Nor only did the pool have fiber glass all over in it, it cause my family of 4 an urgent care visit as we had fiber glass all over our skin and reacted horribly. The bed was horrible because the sheets and pillows were dirty and the floors were caked in dirt.

Housekeeping came into our room at 720am while we were sleeping and indecent. Front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive, they were not interested even apologizing, just simply called it “an honest mistake”. Which is fine when you’re not paying $200 for a room for one night.

The pool was closed, we should have know that when we booked. They used small dixie cups for juice at breakfast. The coffe cups were also small, so small they didnt even have lids small enough to fit. Just very poorly ran, it is clear that the owners do not care about customer satisfaction.

I don’t recommend this hotel. The breakfast is very limited. The walls are very thin. Don’t get this hotel if you are in the rush to check out. The front desk will make you wait while they check the room. Overall, not a place I will stay again.

Always clean and quiet

We've stayed here a bunch of times. Always clean and comfortable (though the pillows are bad). This time was no different, clean and nice. Except for the check-in. Booked 2 rooms as we had 5 people. Was sent like 20 "advanced check-in" texts in the days before we stayed - not this hotel's fault, corporate's fault. Arrived and it took 20+ minutes to check-in

It was surprisingly nice. The room had been redone fairly recently so it felt clean, updated and fresh. If breakfast is importantly to you, their choices were very limited. Only hot item was the waffles. Other than that, just the basics. Cereal, toast, and a small roll.
