"Very little seems to go toward upgrades/general maintenance. First room - part of the flooring was yellow taped and upon inspecting, the floor tile had no foundation & seemed unable to be weight bearing. I changed rooms. Second room - toilet leaked water across bathroom floor. Other minor stuff like leaking shower hose & blocked shower rose. Bathroom floor tiles old, heavily stained and showing their age. All staff were helpful and friendly. Great location as its 2 minute walk to water front, restaurants and 10 minutes to ferry pier."

"Was a great stay. I few nights would host parties in the conference room but the noise didn't go past 9 or 10. Staff was super nice and you can also rent a motor bike here. I will be back.."

"The rooms were as described, and true to the pictures. The staff were friendly and accommodating heads up if you enjoy a little drink at night, probably not the hotel for you as they have a no drinking policy. The surrounding area was close to everything you need."

"Ongoing construction at the neighboring building AND proximity to street made noise levels high. Was bitten from small insects the first night. The coming nights were good after changing room. The shower was partially defect. The wifi did not work most of the time. The friendly employees did try and achieved to reduce the suffering, by providing a table and chair for the room, allowing to change room. The price of the stay was affordable. Still if I knew the many annoyances I would have judged differently when I chose it. "
