"The hotel is fantastic, with so much to do and amazing service, food and drinks. The staff go out of their way to make the experience very special. We enjoyed brilliant exercise classes and facilitated games for the kids. Everyone had such fun! The food was brilliant and they catered superbly for allergies. Nice to have the choice of the a la carte as well as the buffet. Rooms do need a refresh which is planned for September. Overall a fabulous hotel for a very special holiday. "

It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who radiates such kindness while maintaining impeccable professionalism — she is a true gem. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James, who surprised us with an incredible upgrade at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture elevated our experience and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Sugar Beach in an even more special way. His friendly approach and commitment to guest satisfaction are a perfect example of what makes this resort so exceptional. "I had an absolutely amazing vacation at this property. From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The windjamer landing hotel property was clean,beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We especially loved our tour with Louis who took us on a private boat. Awesome excursion! It made our vacation extra special. Lynette "

"My husband and I got married here and stayed for a week as well back in April of this year. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The staff here are absolutely amazing. Valna and Katrina helped with our stay and our wedding. Everything went extremely smooth and they checked in on us every step of the way. The restaurant staff took the time to remember our names and treated us like family. The food was outstanding as well. They have security at the front of the resort so you are safe here. A short walk to the reception area and they will help plan whatever activity you want to do and arrange a taxi. The rooms were kept extremely clean and you have netting around your bed in case you’re worried about bugs. However we didn’t have any issues with insects whatsoever. Lizards you will see everywhere but they’re harmless! We’re already planning a trip back!"
