"The location is exceptional, and the staff is remarkably accommodating. The views are stunning, complemented by the helpful and pleasant demeanor of the team members. While there was a slight delay in addressing special requests submitted via Expedia, my needs were ultimately fulfilled upon arrival. It appears that Expedia communications are not always reviewed promptly. Nevertheless, I would certainly consider a return visit."
