The First Collection Dubai Jumeirah Village Circle, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
I arrived at the hotel late and they informed me after booking and paying for my hotel well in advance they had no rooms available. They transferred me to a different hotel in a completely different location. Incredibly poor service
