"The property is located 15 min walk from Emirates Towers metro. There are cafes, shops and other facilities nearby the property. The building is well kept/maintained, really clean and modern. Unfortunately the pool at the building is closed for repair during our visit. The staff are welcoming and really helpful, communication is fast and responsive. The room itself has all give required items in the kitchen including washing machine and dishwater which make the stay very comfortable."

"The first two bedroom we were assigned had a bunch of issues. A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. "On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. "We were given a room on the top accommodation floor (71) with a very wide view. It was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very obliging. Unfortunately we couldn't see too much of the view as the air was very dusty. We ate at the restaurant for lunch one day and the meal was very nice. The only slight negative was that there is often a wait for the elevator, the three of which that serve the upper floors are quite small. "
